Glaman compostable disposable paper lids consist of a paper layer and two layers of polylactic acid:

A paper layer. The paper part of Glaman paper lid typically consists of 100% virgin paper such as wood pulp paper,bagasse pulp paper and bamboo pulp paper.

A polylactic acid layer. The PLA lining layer is made out of polylactic acid, Polylactic acid coating makes it  a strong and high quality paper lid that are used for hot liquids or cold liquids.
